Responsibilities
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage in learning.
- Encourage independence and inclusion across the academy.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (SEND pathway).
- Hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
