We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentices to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children with additional needs and eager to develop their skills within a specialist educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage in learning.
- Encourage independence and inclusion across the academy.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (SEND pathway).
- Hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
- Dedicated tutor support throughout the programme.
- Potential full-time role after completion.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+/C or equivalent).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
