Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage in learning.
  • Encourage independence and inclusion across the academy.
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (SEND pathway).
  • Hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
  • Dedicated tutor support throughout the programme.
  • Potential full-time role after completion.
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+/C or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
