Overview
Role: To assist in the functioning of Big C’s digital retail and Ebay operations to promote Big C in a positive way and to maximise sales.
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, sorting and dispatching sold items.
- Supporting the handling of returns and exchanges in accordance with Big C’s procedures.
- Helping with photographing items to be listed online in line with Big C’s guidelines.
- Pricing stock.
- Assisting with customers enquiries regarding products and shipment.
- Under the direction of Online Retail assistant, comply with Trading Standards Legislation.
Time commitment
This opportunity will be based at Wymondham Distribution Centre. Roles available Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.
