Job Description: Events Co-ordinator
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, across Monday to Sunday. For weeks where weekend days are worked, days off will be allocated during the week.

Role Overview:
As an Events Co-ordinator , you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing high-quality events. From pre-event logistics to on-the-day coordination and post-event evaluation, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while honing your organisational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Event Planning:
- Book venues, speakers, and accommodation as required.
- Develop detailed event agendas and ensure all relevant documentation and printouts are prepared in advance.
- Conduct stock checks to confirm sufficient inventory for upcoming events.
- Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to meet logistical needs.
2. On-the-Day Coordination:
- Be present on-site to oversee the seamless running of events.
- Ensure agenda timings are adhered to and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
- Act as the main point of contact for all event stakeholders during the event.
3. Post-Event Review:
- Lead or contribute to team debrief sessions to assess event successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Document lessons learned and propose recommendations to enhance future events.
- Ensure all post-event administrative tasks are completed, such as feedback collation and reporting.
