We’re hiring an Events Assistant to help deliver our business events and retreats. You’ll support the team with event set‑up, live event support, and pack‑down, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a high‑quality experience. Some events include 4‑day retreats at exclusive 5‑star venues, so you must be happy to travel and stay away from home when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help set up event spaces, signage, registration, and materials
  • Welcome and support attendees on the day
  • Keep things running smoothly during sessions
  • Assist the events team with any issues that come up
  • Pack down, organise equipment, and reset storage after events
  • Travel with the team for multi‑day retreats

What We Need:

  • Driven, hardworking and reliable
  • Full Clean UK Driving License (Required)
  • Flexible with hours (early starts/late finishes) and travel
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Confident communicating with guests and team
  • Comfortable with hands‑on physical work during set‑up/pack‑down
