We’re looking for a Company Offsites & Group Travel Sales Executive (with travel hosting duties) who can combine sharp sales & customer service skills with a genuine love for travel and adventure. This isn’t a desk-only role — it’s about building relationships, creating unforgettable experiences for clients, and getting stuck in with the activities while delivering the events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling company offsites and bespoke group trips
- Driving new business: building rapport, listening to client needs, problem-solving, and closing deals (mostly via warm inbound leads and video meetings).
- Proactively reaching out to our networks and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Creating tailor-made sales proposals online.
- Managing your own sales administration: keeping leads, proposals, and client information up to date in our CRM.
- Destination product management: researching and developing new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Working towards annual sales targets (reviewed quarterly with the founder).
- Networking & lead generation: attending events, building relationships, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Staying hands-on: hosting trips, being on-site with clients, and ensuring the whole journey runs smoothly (even if it wasn’t your sale).
- Supporting post-sale account management: keeping clients connected while the planning team takes over.
- Bringing new ideas to the table: from sales strategies to fresh tools, systems, and processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in travel or events (B2B sales in an international capacity is a big plus).
- Out-and-out seller: strong at building trust, listening, and closing.
- Target-driven but also a team player - humble and collaborative in a small, mighty team.
- Passionate about adventure, watersports, nature and human connection.
- Organised with excellent admin and planning skills.
- Positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and always pushing to achieve high standards.
- Experience using Slack, project management software such as Monday, CRM softwares, G-suite and sales proposal software.
- Excited to travel regularly (sometimes weeks at a time, always with notice).
- Native/fluent English, with Portuguese, Spanish or Croatian a bonus.
- Based in South Wales / South West Bristol area and open to some in person work in the Cardiff area + travel for work (also open to applicants based in the Lisbon region, Portugal).
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Loves winning new business but also wants to see projects through to delivery.
- Is equally comfortable pitching to senior decision-makers and hosting a surf day out.
- Wants real ownership and impact inside a growing company.
- Has 5★ customer service in their DNA — going the extra mile feels natural.
- Brings ideas, energy and healthy challenge to the table — we value people who think differently and push standards higher.
- Thrives in a small team where accountability is high and everyone pulls their weight.
What we offer:
- £28,000–£32,000 salary (DOE) + annual team bonus.
- Remote role, with in-person collaboration and hybrid working set to form an important part of our culture as we grow.
- Laptop & phone (or allowance).
- Private medical insurance & travel insurance.
- Generous holiday allowance + TOIL for event hours.
- Monday to Friday when not hosting trips or offsites.
- Low season = more planning and sales focus. High season = more time on location hosting.
- Supportive founders who encourage surf breaks, travel and ongoing training.
- Team socials & activities (we practice what we preach).
- A genuine opportunity to make impact in a growing company that values energy, growth and positive contribution to the destinations we work in.
