We are currently looking for experienced and talented Architects / Designers to join our London office where, together with 200+ other BIGsters, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects of varying scale and typology in the UK and Middle East. You will work closely with a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of architectural, urban design and landscape professionals.
Responsibilities
- Join us on our mission if you are an Architect/Designer who has:
- Strong conceptual, design and graphicskills
- Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
- Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
- Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants
- Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to be proactive,self-motivated, and ableto take initiative in response to direction from managers
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with teammates
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Required skills and experience
- 3-7years’ post qualification experience as an Architect/Designer
- 3+ years’ professional work experience using Revit as your core BIM tool
- Proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Suite is required; V-Ray and/or Enscape is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English - spoken and written
- Experience with masterplan projects is a plus
