Hours of work: Monday to Friday days (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities- Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive factâbased improvements.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to deliver continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement scalable process solutions.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, P&IDs, and tooling support for the shop floor.
- Ensure processes meet safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead or support projects including process changes, equipment upgrades, and new installations, on time and within budget.
- Design and modify processes to improve efficiency, costâeffectiveness, and product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or other relevant discipline)
- Full, current UK driving licence
- Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and principles
