Location: Redcar
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

- Support the Head of Engineering and site operations at Redcar by leading daily maintenance activities and driving continuous improvement.
- Help ensure resources and equipment are in place, develop KPIs, coach and motivate the team, and contribute to strategic engineering projects and site performance.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee site infrastructure inspections (e.g., fixed wiring, pressure vessels, LOLER) to ensure legal compliance.
- Deliver improvement projects focused on waste reduction and process efficiency.
- Set and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring timely delivery of work.
- Support equipment installation and commissioning with accurate documentation.
- Lead and motivate the maintenance team to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
- Manage contractors for major projects, ensuring safety and project standards.
- Improve machinery and facilities reliability through data analysis and proactive changes.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the business.

- Graduate qualification with relevant experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and principles
- Experience managing process and lean improvement projects
- Proven track record of achieving defined KPIs
- Strong leadership in delivering large-scale projects and asset performance improvement
