We are looking for someone to lead the Corporate Accounts team. The role is responsible for managing the Corporate Account Management colleagues (Sub Sector Heads, Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Support Managers) and overseeing the relationship between Biffa and its Corporate customers. This includes commercial performance, retention, contract management and service delivery. You will work closely with the Sales Director to deliver the sector account management strategy and ensure consistent performance across the portfolio.

Requirements
- Strong experience managing large corporate customer accounts
- Previous people management experience
- Commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Degree level or equivalent experience
