A fantastic opportunity to join our Biffa customer service team in the waste and recycling industry.

Working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team, you will join a well-established, fun, and energetic organization where we serve as the point of contact for customers to establish and maintain high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic about customer service, with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ideally, you will have some experience in a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential, as we provide on-the-job training.
