The Transfer Station Manager will effectively manage the transfer station, ensuring consistent Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, and delivering first class customer service in line with pre-defined business KPI\βs, promoting employee engagement to support continuous improvement in productivity and quality of service provision, through continuous review and improved site profitability, to support business growth and best in class performance.Your Core Responsibilities
