A quick look at the role. The Sales Executive role is part of our Reactive Services Sales Team and day to day, the role will see you quote reactive services work as and when it is required. The role will also see you grow the revenue of the division to meet the team targets and this will be achieved by generating new reactive services business from existing and new clients. This role is office-based in Aylesbury (Mon–Fri, 9–5) with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week after probation, plus occasional UK customer site visits.

Your core responsibilities:

  • The Reactive Services Sales Executive will assess incoming enquiries and identify the appropriate solution/sub contractor where applicable and build a quote for the work.
  • The role will require you to project manage larger more complex jobs through each step of the process.
  • The Sales Executive will liaise with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure the needs of the customer are met.
  • The Sales Executive will handle all supplier escalations from the account management and customer service teams to ensure a full resolution for the customer.
  • The Sales Executive will maintain and develop positive supplier relationships while also liaising and working closely with key internal stakeholders such as Depots, Customer Service and Account Managers.

Our essential requirements:

  • B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • An understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service.
  • Full UK driving licence
