Biffa is recruiting an MRF Supervisor in Rotherham to lead the day-to-day operation of the Materials Recovery Facility. The role is a 40-hour week with early starts, focused on safety, efficiency, and high-quality outputs across the plant.
You will manage a team of Refinement Operatives and MSOs, drive continuous improvement, monitor equipment, and report performance to senior supervisors.
