Help us make a difference as a Regional Account Manager, managing a portfolio of customers in the East Region of the UK. Your responsibilities include managing the business relationship between Biffa Region and clients, covering commercial results, growth, contract negotiations, KPI and SLA adherence, compliance, customer satisfaction, retention, strategic account planning, innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality service.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between the company and client, ensuring the implementation of strategic account plans, service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
- Attend customer reviews and present management information and advice on waste management programs.
- Build customer confidence through solid, multi-level relationships.
- Act as the point of escalation for clients to support resolution of issues.
- Ensure customer debt aligns with contractual limits by addressing invoice queries promptly.
- Negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally to deliver long-term benefits.
