The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will provide PMO support across business change projects from initial planning through to implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with time, budget, and quality expectations. Responsibilities include managing project governance tools like the RAID log, producing reports, and handling all programme-level administrative tasks.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, resource allocation, stage gate progression, and reporting.
  • Assist in applying project delivery tools and templates for consistent execution.
  • Coach teams and promote best practices across projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans and RAID logs; record meeting minutes and actions.
  • Produce weekly updates for programme managers and directors.
  • Help with onboarding, equipment setup, SharePoint management, and training coordination.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support the programme team and leadership.
  • Facilitate communication, support governance activities, track KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Prince2 and/or MSP Practitioner certification.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced programme or project support roles, including minute-taking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with SharePoint and online document repositories.
