Biffa in Oldbury is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our site team on a full-time basis. The role covers 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–16:00, at our waste management facility.
You will operate mobile plant, assist with housekeeping and basic maintenance, and help ensure compliance with site licences and health and safety rules. You will unload/load vehicles, monitor equipment, maintain records, and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
