Biffa is seeking a hands-on Shift Engineering Supervisor for our Materials Recovery Facility in Edmonton.

You will lead a multi-skilled team, drive plant performance, and ensure maintenance is executed safely and efficiently with strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

You will prioritise maintenance across the shift, deliver proactive and reactive maintenance, and support RCA investigations while developing the team and maintaining high engineering standards.
