To undertake all duties to refurbish waste containers in a production targeted workshop/depot environment whilst reporting to the CDC Manager.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the inspection, repair, and maintenance of trade waste bins to company standards, including replacing lids, wheels, and other parts.
- Oversee and carry out regular washing and cleaning of various sized wheeled containers.
- Use power tools and equipment safely and correctly to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform or coordinate basic welding tasks where required (training can be provided).
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop and yard area.
- Promote and follow all health and safety guidelines, supporting the team in a physically demanding environment.
