We’re looking for an HR Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class reward analytics capability, transforming fragmented reporting into clear, insight-driven outputs that support senior decision-making. You’ll design dashboards, build modelling tools, and deliver actionable insights across pay reviews, budgeting, pay compression, and strategic reward initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Reward, and Finance, with high visibility and impact. The introduction of our integrated HR system, Dayforce, enables streamlined access to core HR, payroll, time & attendance, recruitment and wider talent‑management data. You will play a key role in harnessing this capability, ensuring data integrity, improving analytics maturity and advancing our ability to deliver meaningful, actionable people insights across the organisation.

Location and Work Model: Cressex, High Wycombe Hybrid Role (3 office days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver reward analytics dashboards and modelling tools
  • Provide insights to support pay cycles, budgeting, and strategic decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting integrity
  • Enhance Dayforce reporting and drive analytics maturity
  • Partner with HR, Reward, Finance, and leadership teams

About You:

  • Experience in HR MI, reporting, or people analytics, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
  • Proven track record of building dashboards within HCM systems and ensuring high standards of data quality and governance
  • Ideally experience with Dayforce, Power BI, or SSAS, alongside exposure to HCM implementations
  • Experience working in large or complex organisations, with knowledge of reward programmes (pay, bonus, equity)
