Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects at Biffa.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide technical expertise, review drawings, specifications, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all work meets health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and handover information.
  • Communicate progress and technical updates clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Contribute to uptime, reliability, and efficiency across site operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
  • Full, current driving licence.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
  • Management of process and lean improvement projects.
