A quick look at the role. As Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for the safe, reliable and cost-effective performance of all site assets at our facility in Ipswich. You'll lead and develop the onsite engineering team, embed best-practice maintenance standards, and ensure engineering is a trusted partner to Operations. Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you'll be a key member of the site leadership team and play a pivotal role in overall site performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, leads with discipline and clarity, and balances short-term uptime with long-term asset health.
