Location: Corby Depot
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1700 hrs
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.

The Transport Administrator / Traffic Dispatcher is responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance.

Your core responsibilities:
- Optimising routes and vehicle utilisation to deliver top-class service.
- Managing driver availability and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Overseeing vehicle checks, safety, and maintenance.
- Handling admin tasks like payroll, timesheets, tachograph records, and reporting.
- Driving cost-efficiency by analysing depot data and improving operations.
