A quick look at the role. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and driving new business in line with the divisional business plan. Working closely with Regional General Managers and Depot Managers, you will explore new commercial tendering opportunities and grow the business through acquisition and improvement initiatives to meet quarterly and annual targets. The role involves analyzing potential markets for additional services, identifying tendering opportunities, and assessing their commercial viability and fit within the Group's capabilities.
