Join us as a Business Manager and help shape the future. This is a key role, predominantly based in the Southern Region, offering the flexibility of working from home while being actively involved across our national Biffa sites. You will work Monday to Friday, with regular travel to build strong relationships and make a real impact across the business.
This role within our manufacturing waste solutions division is primarily responsible for managing staff and resources across a portfolio of contracts, ensuring client and company expectations are met while staying within financial targets and company procedures. You will drive health, safety, and environmental compliance, manage budgets, and engage with stakeholders, all while delivering excellent customer service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
