£26,500 Aylesbury with Hybrid Working Full Time and Permanent. Working shifts between 7am and 7pm (7.5 hour shifts) + 15% SHIFT ALLOWANCE. Weekends/Bank holiday working on a scheduled rota basis.
A quick look at the role: You will liaise with the Onecall Sales team and set up contracts, following through with the client to ensure the job has been carried out. The Executive will provide necessary paperwork and purchase orders for the booking, liaise with internal depots and suppliers, manage customer portals, and support the Onecall Team manager with any other administrative jobs. Some sales and negotiating skills will be required.
Your core responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure the smooth running of the team
- Liaising with internal depots and coordinating with external suppliers
- Assisting the Team Manager with a range of administrative and organisational tasks
- Supporting sales activities, including negotiation where required
- Working closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of jobs and services
- Processing purchase orders and managing associated documentation in line with client requirements
