This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the contract through high-quality administration, customer service, and operational coordination.

You will provide administrative support across the depot, maintain reporting systems, liaise with customers and operational teams, and help ensure service standards are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and is looking to develop their career within an operational support role. Full training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous support to customers, clients, and residents, handling enquiries and escalating issues where required.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of the contract and operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems and operational records.
  • Prepare operational paperwork, including round sheets and crew documentation.
  • Accurately record waste tonnage data and update company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and presentation of operational information.
  • Support the administration of Powersuite and other contract management systems.
  • Order and manage site supplies including PPE, stationery, uniforms, and refreshments.
  • Ensure all collections and service activities are supported in line with contractual performance standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and operational teams as required.
