Join us in making an impact as a Logistics Administrator
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts of 8:00–17:00 and 9:00–18:00 (alternating weekly), with 1 in 4 Saturdays included.

The role holder will support the effective running of the day-to-day operations of the Reactive Services logistics team through the effective allocation of vehicles to ensure best in class service delivery, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and legislative compliance, support employee engagement, continuous improvement in productivity and quality of service provision.
Your core responsibilities
- Allocate and manage daily routes to deliver top-class service.
- Maximise route efficiency and disposal use across the area.
- Debrief drivers daily to spot and resolve issues fast.
- Manage driver availability, compliance, and coverage.
- Keep admin up to date — calls, emails, and records.
- Assign jobs to the right vehicle types safely and legally.
- Oversee daily vehicle checks and availability.
- Work with the Depot Manager to monitor driver hours.
- Support drivers and ops staff throughout the day.
- Help roll out new services and initiatives.

- Experience of a position of similar responsibility in Services or Logistics industry
- Health & Safety conscious
- Good geographical knowledge E.g. Postcode areas.
- Good transport / logistics knowledge
- Good working knowledge of existing and impending environmental and health and safety legislation environment
- Experience of dealing with first line operational staff
- Experience in a labour intensive, multi-shift environment
- Competent on computers and picking up new systems.
