This structured programme will give you hands-on exposure to managing people, resources, and client relationships—ensuring operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with financial targets and contractual requirements.

- Logistics: Vehicle planning, utilisation, and maintenance.
- Operations: KPI tracking, productivity reviews, and service delivery standards.
- Contract & Client Management: Understanding contracts, managing client relationships, identifying improvements, and delivering social value.
