Ensure the efficient operation of the weighbridge and associated administration systems while maintaining accurate, compliant records.
Your core responsibilities
- Ensure all waste acceptance procedures comply with site permit and company instructions.
- Weigh all vehicles, completing tickets accurately and operating the computer weighing system to ensure correct customer charges.
- Assist the Site Supervisor with the completion of EA Waste Returns and required reports.
- Input, manage, and maintain accurate data within spreadsheets and site IT systems.
- Process supplier invoices, goods out information, and complete associated administration tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone enquiries, operating site administration systems, and supporting overall site efficiency.
