Your core responsibilities

In this role, you'll be a trusted expert, problem solver, proven Team Leader, and advocate for service excellence. You'll lead our HR Administration team, oversee complex employee matters, and ensure our HR operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. Whether you're analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, mapping and improving workflows, or ensuring the integrity of employee records, you'll need to bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to everything you do. We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with strong emotional intelligence.
