As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of our recycling centre, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees and agency staff, helping them achieve their best.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring resources are used effectively and performance targets are met.
- Maintain Health & Safety and environmental standards while adhering to company procedures.
- Work closely with clients, customers, regulators, and the public to foster trust and collaboration.
- Coordinate site maintenance to keep everything running smoothly and effectively.
- Support budget preparation and monitor monthly performance metrics.

Requirements
Our essential requirements.
- IOSH Managing Safety or an equivalent qualification.
- WAMITAB COTC Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of waste industry legislation and processes.
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Availability for emergency call-outs and willingness to assist across other business areas as needed.
