Aylesbury with Hybrid Working (2 days office and 3 days WFH)
Full Time and Permanent
Working 3 rotating shifts between 7am β 7pm (15% shift allowance). Weekends/Bank holiday working on a scheduled rota basis.
The role of Reactive Services Executive is a support role, providing a positive and proactive service to corporate customers and domestic customers with one-off or specialist clearance requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up contracts
- Raising purchase orders
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
- Escalations and account management
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally, you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful but training is available for the right applicant.
