Are you resilient, with great communication skills? We are looking for a Loyalty Team Executive to improve customer retention within Biffa. This will be a reactive role handling customer contract termination requests whilst proactively identifying customers who require assistance. Working alongside various Biffa departments, you will identify areas of improvement for the business in order to retain more customers.
