An exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as an Optimisation Analyst, supporting the Finance Optimisation Team. Reporting to the Head of Finance Change, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of change requests, maintaining core Finance processes, and helping drive operational efficiency. In addition, you will help manage team communications, coordinate meetings, and provide analytical support across a range of projects and ad-hoc requests. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and keen to develop their skills in finance processes, systems, and looking for continuous improvement.
Your core responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and submission of change requests, working closely with stakeholders and Product teams to help drive delivery and ensure adherence to governance processes.
- Coordinate and support quarterly reviews of the Finance Organisation Hierarchy with key stakeholders and ensure changes are implemented in a timely and controlled manner.
- Manage and prioritise the Finance Optimisation inbox, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of queries.
- Support Finance Optimisation Managers by building knowledge of finance processes and Microsoft products to identify automated solutions that improve efficiency across Finance teams.
- Support data migration activities, including data preparation and validation.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, contributing to efficiency, standardisation, and successful implementation of new processes.
- Assist in organising and coordinating regular team meetings, including preparing agendas and presenting updates clearly to support effective communication and alignment across the team.
- Provide analysis and support across various projects, supporting the Finance Optimisation Team with ad-hoc business requests and enquiries.
