We’re looking for a People Data Analytics Manager to help us build a best-in-class reward analytics capability - transforming fragmented data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of People, Reward, and Finance, where your work will directly influence pay reviews, budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic reward initiatives. We’ve recently rolled out Dayforce - our integrated People system bringing together People, payroll, recruitment, time & attendance, and talent management data into one connected platform. You’ll be at the heart of unlocking its full potential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building slick dashboards and modelling tools that make people go: “Wow… I actually get it now.”
  • Turning complex reward and people data into insights senior leaders can act on.
  • Spotting trends before they become headlines (think pay, performance, workforce insights & pay compression).
  • Translating numbers into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Enhancing reporting capabilities within Dayforce and improving analytics maturity.
  • Partnering with People, Reward, Finance, and leadership teams across the business.
  • Ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting integrity stay top-notch.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in HR MI, reporting, people analytics, or reward analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working across large and complex datasets.
  • A proven track record of building dashboards within HCM systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (the kind that makes others quietly nervous).
  • Strong proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or SSAS.
  • Experience with Dayforce or HCM implementations would be a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of reward programmes including pay, bonus, and equity schemes.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner brilliantly across teams.

Why join us:

Because this isn’t just reporting. Turning insight into action. Helping shape the future of how we understand and reward our people. If you love solving problems, creating clarity from complexity, and making data genuinely useful – we’d love to hear from you.
