Your core responsibilities:

  • Shape the future of early careers - develop and enhance Biffa’s early careers programmes, ensuring apprentices, graduates, interns, and work experience placements are impactful, well-structured, and aligned with workforce development needs.

  • Attract top candidates by running standout recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives to bring in ambitious individuals ready to make an impact.

What we require:

  • Experience designing and delivering standout apprenticeship, graduate, or early careers programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to forge strong partnerships both internally and externally (e.g. via schools and universities).
  • Charismatic with the ability to challenge, influence, and inspire.
  • Confident with all Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
