Esterform Packaging in Seaham is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at the Seaham facility. You will ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of all plant and infrastructure, reporting to the Site Manager.
This leadership role covers engineering strategy, asset reliability, contractor management and capex delivery, while developing the engineering team and driving continuous improvement in safety and performance.
