Biffa Group is seeking a Team Leader based at Magna Park, Milton Keynes.

The role covers leading a waste operative team on 37.5 hours per week on a rota across 7 days, with an early PM shift 2pm–10pm, and a pay of £15.59 per hour.

You will supervise safety, productivity and data capture, while operating site machinery as needed.

Key duties include coordinating staff, reporting incidents, maintaining site safety standards and ensuring customers’ policies are followed.
