A quick look at the role. The Industrial Services Manager with flexibility to work nationally across our two depots in Sheffield and Darlington to provide leadership and direction with regards to the day-to-day depot and operational service management and improvement. The post holder will lead a team of highly trained specialists working in confined space areas, utilising heavy machinery across multiple industrial projects. The post holder will drive the desired organic growth to target annualised revenue, whilst maintaining (and improving, where possible), current margins day to day overseeing every aspect of the business unit. The candidate will lead the business unit and have the ability to work with all key stakeholders across the Group as this will be vital in identifying all business opportunities where we can maximise upon operational improvement opportunities.
