The Role

Joining our team in Clyde Court, you will play an important role in ensuring that our tenants receive high quality tenancy management, property management services and a flexible meals service which offers freshly prepared meals and value for money. You will work closely with the local manager to support and supervise a small team of locally based employees who have responsibility for delivery of services. You will bring the ability to prioritise and organise work within a busy service, coupled with written, numerical and IT skills required to undertake basic management tasks. Ideally, you will have experience of supervising an individual or small team and have experience of housing, social care or health services which you could have gained through work or volunteer experience. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to bring a genuine interest in working with older people and an understanding of their needs within a housing setting. • Competitive salary, reviewed annually.
  • Excellent holidays, up to 34 days each year (pro rata for part-time employees), with the option to buy or sell holidays each year.
  • Bield cover the cost of Disclosure checks for employment opportunities.
  • A wide range of learning and development activities including management & leadership programmes, job related training and qualifications to ensure your continuous progress.
