Cook Position in Glasgow!

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can learn new skills and deliver great food?

Are you experienced in catering and managing dietary requirements?

The role of a chef/cook within our Loch Laidon Court development is more than just cooking.

You will be working with our team to provide a high quality of life for those that need it.

Hours of employment 35 hours over two weeks.

Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 10:00 am - 5:30 pm Week 2 - Saturday and Sunday - 10:00 am to 5:30 pm 30 minutes unpaid break You will be - Responsible for the provision of a flexible meals service, offering high quality, freshly prepared meals and value for money to tenants in a retirement housing service.

Assisting with the ordering, purchasing and storing of food commodities working within the food budget.

Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety standards set by Bield and where appropriate outside regulators are met and actively promote such standards within the development.

On a daily basis prepare, cook and serve meals to the tenants as part of a team.
