About Us

Bield Housing evaluating tender documentation received, scoring quality submissions, compiling cost analysis data and preparing tender reports. Hours of employment are 35 hours per week, organised over Monday – Friday. The role is based in Glasgow - Craighall Business Park, 7 Eagle Street, Glasgow, G4 9XA, with regular travel across Bield sites and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.

What We're Looking For:

  • An Asset Investment Officer who has:
  • Passion about delivering high quality projects that make a real difference.
  • Significant relevant experience in the delivery of building refurbishment and Maintenance contracts, preferably within housing or the public sector.
  • Practical experience of producing technical information (eg drawings and tender documentation) for major repairs and replacement of building components in existing properties or for new buildings.
  • Ability to provide highly effective administrative support.
