This leading financial services organisation is undergoing a significant transformation and is looking for an experienced Claims Transformation Programme Lead to support them. Working with the Programme Director and leadership team, you will lead the delivery of the Claims workstream for this complex programme.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading the Claims workstream of transformation programmes in international organisations.
- Background in financial services or insurance is essential.
- Experience supporting outsourcing, shared services or GBS programmes is also essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
