Sales Transformation Lead (City of London)

This leading consumer goods business is looking for an experienced Sales specialist to transform their sales capability. Working in conjunction with the leadership team you will help the organisation build capability centred on innovation, new product development and solution selling. Key to this will be the build and implementation of a sales academy.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

• Hands on experience building a sales academy to coordinate learning and capability build requirements.
• Experience in front end sales roles, combined with expertise in sales enablement and building capability.
• Experience helping organisations shift from product based sales to solutions sales.
• Background in leading global consumer goods businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
