The Role

The Technology Director, Platforms & Performance, is a newly created role, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of information to our customers. Core to this will be creating single sources of truth across the company, setting the solution architecture and delivery for all data standards and governance across all applications, systems and platforms across the company.

Responsibilities

• The job holder will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust critical IT infrastructure and platforms including data management, cloud services, network architecture, cybersecurity measures, integration solutions, DevOps practices, and the digital workplace environment.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and resilience across our digital landscape.
• Undertakes complete re-design of complex software applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns and tools.

Required Skills

• In order to be successful, our client is seeking a proven in senior IT leader, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT platforms and teams in large-scale organisations.
• Expertise in leading the design, deployment, and optimisation of digital platforms including data management, cloud infrastructure, network architecture and integration frameworks, is essential.
• Ideally international or global experience of working with senior stakeholders, clients as well as a proven ability to partner on a cross functional basis.
