Associate Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA Central London – Office Based 3 days, 2 days remote.
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a demonstrable track record of supporting key group functions? We are seeking a talented HRBP to join a dynamic, international organisation at a pivotal moment in its transformation journey. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide a full generalist HR service and act as a trusted advisor to a leadership population that spans the breadth of central functions.
Whilst the client group is small in number, it comprises several board level leaders and their management teams and therefore this role is highly visible and critical in driving high performance across the organisation. Key to success in this role will be your ability to lead change, implement new approaches to simplify the employee experience, and to use data and people metrics to ensure the HR strategy is not only aligned to the business strategy, but also driving business performance.
We are looking for someone who has a track record of influencing at the most senior levels of an organisation and who is equally comfortable leading companywide projects as they are delivering day-to-day / BAU HR initiatives, who is commercially astute, and who brings exceptional knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
