Head of Financial Reporting

Leeds Full-Time No home office possible

We are currently partnering with an international Private Equity backed business headquartered in Leeds, to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting.

Our client is a global, profitable, PE-backed organisation undergoing fast growth both organically and through acquisition. They are looking to recruit a Head of External Reporting to support the future growth to lead the Group Reporting team whilst supporting the growth and transformation agenda.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to build experience in Private Equity, leadership and stakeholder management whilst honing their technical capability.

Preferred Experience:

Qualified, ACA or ACCA.
Prior experience in group reporting leadership roles.
High levels of EQ, with the credibility and influencing skills to manage senior stakeholders.
The leadership skills to drive through change and to manage a team of finance professionals.

Please note this is a Leeds based role requiring 3 days a week in the office which is based outside of Leeds not easily accessible via public transport.

Package: Competitive base + car allowance + bonus + benefits.
