Finance Transformation Programme Director - Outsourcing
This rapidly growing insurance business is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation specialist with outsourcing experience to join them. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you\'ll be responsible for creating the business case to potentially outsource the finance function.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in the insurance sector is ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience leading finance transformation programmes in international organisations.
- Have led programmes to outsource finance functions
- Previously developed business cases and project plans for large outsourcing programmes.
- Have gravitas and excellent stakeholder management skills.
