Finance Programme Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

This high profile FTSE 100 organsiation is looking for an experienced programme lead to support their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the senior leadership team you'll lead the transition from legacy systems to MSD across Europe.

This role requires significant travel across Europe.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the Finance ERP transition, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
• Coordinate with the ERP project team, external vendors, and internal finance teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption
• Actively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to minimise their impact on the program.
• Oversee the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• You will also lead on change management, training and support, stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Candidates must have previous experience of successful Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations/transitions in complex international organisations.
